dealy in reading matrix

I need some way to read each row of a matrix every real second, pls help

Where is this matrix stored in which format? "Read each row" is not clear enough yet.

If your matrix is already in workspace (which I doubt):

for i = 1:size(A, 1) 
    myRow = A(i, 1);
    pause(1) % 1 sec delay
    % do blah blah
end

If it's stored in a text file, you can read it by readmatrix. Otherwise for I/O, see fgetl.
