Red border on some blocks and signals

Some of my bloacks and signals turned red however I have no errror or earning. What is the issue?

There could be a possibility that Sample Time Colors information overlay has been enabled for the above model.

Although this thread is already a few years old and the reply didn't help the originator, it helped me (sample time colors was activated and I was not aware of that feature), so I just wanted to say thank you!
