Matlab r2010a code for NN Optimized by Genetic algorithm

Hi Greg, I am exploring the viability of predicting idle TV channels to be used by the mostly-overwhelmed cellular networks in Nairobi, kenya.

 I feel i can improve the performance of my MLPs by optimizing (maybe weights and biases, or learning rates and number of layers/hidden neurons or the most appropriate data instances for training).

 my data is in excel and i must export onto matlab.
 Do you have a code i can use?
