matrix in special arrangment for cycler gemetry

i have big matrix for motor geometry i want to make special arrangement to respect complete circle of motor

for example i have this small matrix

A=[11 12 13 14 15]

i want to change it to

A=[11 12 13 14 15

12 11 12 13 14

13 12 11 12 13

14 13 12 11 12

15 14 13 12 11]

B =zeros(length(A))

for n = 1:length(A)

B(n,n:end)= A(1,1:end-(n-1))

end

V = B+B'- (diag(ones(1,length(A)))*A(1))
