[b,a] = iirnotch(wo,bw);
fvtool(b,a);
Undefined function 'iirnotch' for input arguments of type 'double'.

You have DSP System Toolbox?
iirnotch function from DSP System Toolbox.

Send this to Matlab Support. Obviously their help file has the wrong code.
