Open your internet search engine and search for "matlab EXPODE toolbox".
Of course I tried that one that why I'm asking this queation here becausev I cant find it any where!
Sorry, Haya M, you know that all readers have to start an internet search also, so it is much more efficient if you tell us, what you have tried already.
The download page mentioned in the articles is down: http://www.am.uni-duesseldorf.de/en/Research/03_Software.php
So the best way is to contact the author.
@Haya M, I found many references to the toolbox on the first page of my search results after googling that term, in quotes ( Advanced Exponential Time Integration Toolbox). If you can't find the toolbox I suggest you contact the authors of the paper that you'll find by searching the web.
@Haya M Did you find EXPODE toolbox. I am trying to find this toolbox, too. So far without any success... :(

You can download the code from an internet archive: Start at https://archive.org/web/
Then type in the dead web address I've posted above: http://www.am.uni-duesseldorf.de/de/Forschung/03_Software.php
[EDITED: The English version did not contain the EXPODE codes, but the German version does. So: "en" -> "de" in http://www.am.uni-duesseldorf.de/en/Research/03_Software.php]
[EDITED, The (much older) English version contains C and Matlab code for EXP4: https://web.archive.org/web/20040530062913/http://www.am.uni-duesseldorf.de/en/Research/03_Software.php ]
There you find the paper, the C and the Matlab code.

There is only old EXP4 code (1998 by other developers, not EXPODE toolbox by G. Jansing.
@Michal Kvasnicka: All I had to answer this question was the keyword "EXPODE". If you search for something specific, please mention the details directly. The OP did not mention "G. Jansing". So if you expand the question, prefer to open your own question. Thanks.
@Jan I am looking for EXPODE package (same as OP). You provide links (web.archive.org) to EXPODE, but there is no EXPODE package at all (you can easilly verify that). So I respond to inform you. That is all! Thanks.
@Michal Kvasnicka: Thanks for your explanation.
I've spent 2 further minutes for the web search and found out, that the English and German version of the software page contained different packages. I've edited my answer and inserted the link to the archived version of the German download page also.

The archive page: https://web.archive.org/web/20150601005210/http://www.am.uni-duesseldorf.de/de/Forschung/03_Software.php is available but only documetation files (PDF) are possible to download. All subsequent links are not active, always same Error message:
In a case you are able to download EXPODE package (by some miracle), could you post here the both (current-stable(-dev), current-devel(-dev) versions of EXPODE packages here? Thanks.
I have the same problem. Did you find the package?
