Download failed due to "opengl32.dll" storage denial

Hi everyone.
I am facing a download failed issue due to "opengl32.dll" storage denial.
However, each of my C:\Windows\System32 folder and C:\Windows\SysWOW64 folder has "opengl32.dll" file already when I try to put a "opengl32.dll" file downloaded online.
May anyone give me some advice please? Thank you.
