"Fingerprint" Matching Algorithm with X,Y Coordinates and RSRP

Hi,

My Final Year Project is about 5G Vehicular Localization. I have created a table of data with a bunch of X,Y coordinates and RSRP values. Now I am supposed to design a "Matching Algorithm".

Background information: I am supposed to use the fingerprinting technique for this localization concept, therefore I have created the database of "fingerprints", namely the unique coordinates.

My question is, are there any solutions or suggestions in how i can tackle this "Matching Algorithm" to match these sets of data.
