ECG Signal Pre-processing for noise removal.

Hello,

I am working o ECG signal analysis for R peak detection. I need to do pre-processing for removing different kinds of noise such as Base line wander, power line interference and other high and low frequency noises. ANyone having worked on this kindly help medesigning the filters for the same and also obtain the coeffiients for the filters designed. I have referred a lot of mathlab documentation but unable to figure out the correct approach.
