PSAT - Simulink is not available on this system

Hello guys.

I have downloaded the Power system analysis toolbox (PSAT) from http://faraday1.ucd.ie/psat.html . I managed to open PSAT by running it from the command window, but when i try to open the library i get the following error

Does anyone know how to fix this? Simulink runs normally and i can even import solved examples from PSAT to simulink. But the library doesn't open

Power System Analysis Toolbox (PSAT) is not developed by MathWorks. Best to check the PSAT documentation for specific questions.
