Counting shapes of nested and different colors

Hi everyone, I want to make a formation (such as 4-2-3-1, 9-1-0-0) for both teams in the images I have obtained from a football game. The regions are approximately indicated by the red line. Football players can be in nested forms. Images are attached. How can I create formations for both teams? Could you help me please? Thank you.
