Can anybody know how to use the ImageJ's FFT filter function in matlab?

I want to use a function inseted in ImageJ called FFT filter, the function link describtion is below:

I was wondering if Matlab has a similar function but cannot find it, so my another idea is that open the function in matlab...

So can anyone help me to realize this step? I'm very appreciate it!

You can use fftfilt to serve the purpose
