Exporting c2d to an add-in for Excel

I remember hearing in one of the tutorials that functions and procedures from MATLAB can be exported as addins for Excel, and I need to do that for the c2d (continuous to discrete) control function. Can anyone walk me through the step by step procedure for doing this?
