How do I determine the weights of ANN using nftool ?

In nftool

(a) NFTOOL asks an input for* number* of neurons , but later on in their diagram they show the same as Hidden layers ? What is the same exactly ?

(b) NFTOOL , how can I known the weights in the different neurons in the network that are trained ?
