Distributing fitting app and evaluation

Hola matlab team! I have some simple questions but I cannot find answer. Can you help?

I have a set of values from dataset x (25 sets of measurements of remaining tyre depth (each set contains 200 measurements)). I have another set y (10 sets of measuremtents of remaining tyre depth). So set x is 25*200, set y is 10*200.

I want to apply a distribution fit. I use the distribution fitter app:

1. How do I examine the best fit distribution to my data set x? I plot the distribution, but as there are many distributions I do not know which distibution is best out of them. I wonder how to do best determine this?
2. How do I use the same distribution and apply it to the dataset in y?
3. How do I extract the values of my distribution?
