How to run MATLAB Production Server as a Windows service?

I am running MATLAB Production Server on Windows 2008 R2. I can create and start a server instance using the instructions in the Users Guide but the server instance stops when I log off the Windows server. I need the server instance to remain running even when I am not logged on to the server. Is there a way to run MPS as a Windows service? Thanks.
