F1 opening Window Help instead of Matlab help

As the title explains whenever I press F1 I see Windows Help and support instead of Matlab Help. I just got this computer and I have never encountered this problem before at my old laptop.

It might help if you told us what kind of a computer you have, and what OS you are running, as well as the MATLAB version.

Yea sorry, I have windows 7 enterprise 64 bit. Matlab 2010b 64 bit.

The computer is an HP Pavilion dv6 series, custom made.

Nobody had this issue? Please don't tell me I will need to reinstall matlab...

fn key was automatically stuck for some reason. To remove the lock press fn + numlock at the same time.
