How to find parameter value in example model?

I do not understand why this is not more obvious to do. I want to find the value stored in variable names that are used in specifically, sm_linear_actuator's blocks, although I want to know how to do this in general. I include an image of what I am referring to, there are no variables in the workspace that store these values and I cannot find where they could possibly be stored. using Get_param simply gives me the name of the string.

e.g. I just want to find the values of extrusion_points and D within the end support block..
