Reistall matlab with the same license

I have a student's license for matlab and want to reistall it o another computer. Should I deactivate it on the previose one?

Yes.

Unless the details of the license changed in R2021a (I have not checked the wording for that release), then students are not permitted to activate the same license on multiple computers, and so must deactivate on the original computer.

Note: Student licenses are restricted in the number of times they may be moved to a new system within one year.
