App designer do not open in matlab 2021b, I click on button design app, but nothing happens.

What happens if you type appdesigner in your command window?

Your install appears to have not installed correctly. I would suggest reinstalling MATLAB. If that doesn't fix the issue, please contact support.

I reinstalled it but when I start the app designer it opens and the screen is blank.

Make sure your system meets the minimum system requirements for MATLAB. If it does, consider using the second suggestion I gave in my original reply.
