Highlight specific dots in RNAplot

Hi! Sorry for the question but I'm new to Matlab coding
I'm trying to highlight (with different colours, making the lines bold, ...) some oligonucleotides using the bracket notation... Is there any way in order to achieve this while plotting the Bracket Notation?
INPUT: Sequences - Oligo of interest - Bracket Notation
Desired Output: plot with the Oligo of interest visible/highlighted
