Dear Sir or Madam, Thank you foe you time. I have gotten a problem when I use the 'power_hvdc12pulse' model. As I need to know the exact value of Gamma when the 'communication failed' happened, but even the minmum value of Gamma measured in the Inverter control bolck is beyond the nomal value, thus,I can not judge whether the communication is failed in a sever fault.I want to know the detailed mechanization about the Gamma. Thank you!

Hi,
The gamma angle measuring block determines the angle, using the thyristor current and commutation voltage, based on its definition : only valide when the commutation process is normal.
To perform a post simulation analysis of the commutation failure process, I suggest visualizing : the thyristors currents, commutation voltages, converter DC voltage & DC current, converter AC currents.
Regards.
