Why do I receive License Manager Error -34?

When starting MATLAB I receive the following error:
License Manager Error -34: Clock difference too large between client and license server system.

This error means that the time and/or date on your system is incorrect or too far off from the time of the license manager server. To clear this error, verify that the time and date of the local system is correctly set.

I came through this problem. make sure your time zone and location is the one you have chosen during window Or Matlab installation and set the time according to that zone. i hope it will help.
