timer function probelm using the deployment tool

Hi! I'm writing a program consisting of two files, the main file (wich consists of a run fnc and a timer fnc) and a file that does the plot etc. My problem is that when I'm running the program in MatLab it's working as I want but when I'm using the deployment tool to make a program out of it, the timer fnc doesn't work. should I use another command or is there anything else I should do? Are you getting any errors? If so, could you please list them! Also for the timer fcn, have you included the callback fcn with deploytool?
