Does xPC Target support RS-485 or RS-422 serial ports?

I would like to know if xPC Target supports RS-485 or RS-422 serial ports.

This enhancement has been made for Release 14 (R14). For previous product releases, read below for any possible workarounds:

The way for you to use RS-422 or RS-485 would be through a converter. The converter can provide full duplex communication between the host and target. You can use your RS-232 port connected to a converter on each end (Host and Target).

Also, the Diamond Emerald-MM and Emerald-MM-8 boards have RS-422 support via jumper programming. The Quatech QSC-200/300 is an RS422/485 board for the PCI bus.
