Interpolating a vector field

A short script that exemplifies how to produce the interpolation of a vector field.

This script exemplifies a procedure I performed to interpolate a vector field from its original mesh into another. To verify that my procedure is consistent, I reproduced a benchmark test form the literature (although here using a cubic spline approach).
