editslider

slider GUI with editable parameters/callback function

This function creates a slider GUI with editable parameters for min, max, value, stepsize but also the callback function itself. This is particularly useful for analysing the sensitivity of a function to a specific parameter as editslider allows to 'zoom' into a parameter range, where a higher resolution is required - without the need to restart another slider.

The actual slider value is stored in a global variable to allow easy access from the command line or other GUIs or functions.
