DiagUp works the same way as Diag except the placed elements are extracted from or go into an upward slope.

DiagUp works the same way as Diag except the placed elements are extracted from or go onto an upward slope. A vector as the first parameter produces a zero matrix with the vector superimposed. A matrix as the first parameter produces a vertical vector sampling from lower left to upper right. The optional second parameter raises (or lowers if negative) which diagonal, relative to the long diagonal.
