India WRIS data gap

The current function removes the data gap in the WRIS India gauge data.

The current function removes the data gap in the WRIS India gauge data. You have to use raw downloaded data.

run wris_datagapfill_to_text file and it will ask for input

The input in the function are as follows

1) Select file

2) starting date

3) Ending date

Outputs will be

Gap free data in csv file with missing data dates

Note: you have to provide data in raw format that is downloaded from WRIS-India website in .csv format

you can use this script for daily data only

you have to put the function with the data in same folder

the missing data will be filled with -99
