Fit power-law accounting for out-of-focus error in circular channel

A function to fit power-law velocity profile in round channel that correct velocity profile accounting for out-of-focus error. Was develloped to post process blood microPIV velocity profiles obtainted in thick round borosilicate glass micro-channels where focusing precisly in the middle is chalenging.
