Register Movies
It can be difficult to make measurements of objects of interest when they "drift" or translate across an image area during time-lapse acquisition. For instance, generation of kymographs requires an object to remain in one place, drift effectively prevents the use of kymographs as a means of measuring change in time. This program registers movies, i.e. the object of interest is forced to the center of the resulting image set.
This program requires the user to measure object of interests's coordinates in time using fiji (1-click per unit time at the objects center of mass).
The program reads in the file containing the objects center of mass position in time, and then registers the movie, so that the object of interest is in the center of a new movie.
