Spatiotemporal dynamic mode decomposition
Version 1.0.0 (99.4 MB) by
Sami Yamanidouzisorkhabi
This code decomposes a set of spatiotemporal measurements into orthogonal modes with unique frequencies/wavenumbers and growth/decay rates.
This code performs temporal or spatial dynamic mode decomposition. The input is a set of grayscale images and the output is the frequncies or wavenumbers and the growth/decay rates of the orthogonal modes existing in the input. Here, the calculation is perfromed for a a synthetic spatially unstable jet. Please see the attached pdf and slides for detailed presentation of the results.
