results from simulation are not like the same as the model i took from
parameters m=394,j=1.13,r=.352
slip ratio taken to pid controler shouldnt be exceed .2 but the result reach 1
velocity also must end from 3 to 5 sec but in my results ends at more than 10 sec
stoppng distance each 1000 m in 10 sec and this is illogical
