reorganize a nD-array into matrix, and vise versa

Shift data to operate on specified dimension. This HANDY function is very USEFUL to handle time series data in nD-array format.

`PERMUTEDATA` reorganize a nD-array into 2D-matrix (i.e., faltten), and vise versa.
It is particularly useful to handle time series data in nD-array format (e.g., signal processing, motion analysis, ..., etc.).
NOTE
Most pieces of code were taken from Jan's excellent work `FilterM` (https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/32261-filterm).
This function is just a wrapper.
[fdata] = permutedata(data);
[fdata] = permutedata(data, dim);
[fdata, Constructor] = permutedata(data);
[fdata, Constructor] = permutedata(data, dim);
[data] = permutedata(fdata, Constructor)
