MATLAB code for calculating the values of passive elements for Foster (Foster_I, Foster_II), Cauer (Cauer_I, Cauer_II), and Valsa networks for approximating the impedance of fractional-order capacitors using Continued Fraction Expansion (cfe), Oustaloup (oust), and refined Oustaloup (oust_ref) approximations

The toolbox is launched by typing cpe2rc
A GUI is available for entering the specs
Features:
-Displaying the approximated impedance function
- Stores the calculated values [R0 R1 R2...Rn] and [C1 C2...Cn] in the workspace as "capacitors" and "resistors"
- Plots of impedance magnitude and phase responses accompanied by the associated error plots
-Stores the magnitude and phase responses of both ideal and approximated impedances in the workspace
