NISE is a brain MRI sequence and slice orientation identification app. It contains MobileNetV2 trained on 12 classes, namely: T1axial, T2axial, FLAIRaxial, PDaxial, T1coronal, T2coronal, FLAIRcoronal, PDcoronal, T1sagittal, T2sagittal, FLAIRsagittal and PDsagittal.
