MST-triangle network construction

Construct network by combining minimum spanning tree (MST) and triangular closure.
This code is used to select interferometric pairs and construct coherent point network for multi-temporal InSAR data processing.
The proposed strategy utilizes the combination of minimum spanning tree (MST) and triangular closure to determine the pair of image/point included in the network.
The incentive behind that is to increase the total coherence of temporal and spatial networks and meanwhile to preserve redundant edges to check network consistency.
