Inputs:

appName (char)

the name that apears on the figure/uifigure/app title

exactName (boollean, optional, default = true)

if = true: look for this exact name

if = false: case insensitive + look if "contains"

Output:

hApp = handle(s) to relevant apps (if exist) or [] if none
