DRAW_CIRCLE plots a circle patch which can be modified later by pressing
Shift+Left mouse button on the circle.
Circle's location, radius, color and transparency can be modified interactively using mouse. See help section in the file for more details.

A nice example on using nested functions, function handles and object callbacks.
