All segments are concatenated and an annotation labeled 'interruption' is added at each interruption.
Usage
EDFD2EDFC(filepath, output_path)
converts the EDF+D file in the filepath to an EDF+C file and saves it the output_path directory with the same name.
It requires EDFREAD, EDFWRITE.
