Example of reading binary data back from PNA Series Network Analyzer

This is an example that reads back binary block data from the Agilent PNA Family of Network Analyzers using the VISA from the Instrument Control Toolkit. It reads back the contents of a standard 2 port Touchstone (.s2p) file.
