Load and Average Data Files

This function loads and averages several data files, even if the ascissas of each data file are not the same. This is useful if you have similar, but not identical, data sets you want to combine. Load in several files and interpolates file2, file3, etc. on the abscissa of file 1. Type help hdrload_mean and try a couple test cases with simple matrices to see how it works.
