This code simulates the 48 symbol DL PUSC WiMAX waveform.
This code re-maps the carriers around Fs/2 to avoid the FFTshift issue
It also allows for playing out of an arb with a different sampling rate than the base WiMAX sampling rate.
This code uses features in Toolboxes
