OpenFluo allows the analysis of data obtained using optophysiological techniques.
OpenFluo consists of two modules. The first one, named « QuickFluo », allows a quick processing of data and to visualize changes in fluorescence along an experiment. The second module, named « FullFluo », accomplishes a complete analysis of the data obtained in only one or in several experiments. Different spatial and temporal filters, as well as correction for bleaching can be applied. The outputs consist in fluorescence time curves, activity maps and false-color neural activity movies.
For launching OpenFluo, run openfluo.
