When Matlab has plotted many figures, they are usually stacked behind each other. It takes time to move the figures around with the mouse to see plotted information. The command 'spreadfigures' automatically spreads all visible figures on the screen so that all plotted information can be seen immediately.
This function is simple but very handy. Download and type 'help spreadfigures' to see an example of how it can be used.
