For phase/dic images. Centroid and area written to a file, images overlapped and written to a file.

In this application, a single image of a cell on DIC or phase can be used to extract the outline of a cell. this is useful for live videos of cells moving around. from the perimeter, we can get centroid data and area to give us more info on ceell motility.
