Plots and returns the coordinates of a quadratic Koch fractal.

The function graphs and returns the coordinates of the quadratic Koch fractal for the specified iteration. The first iteration being a straight line (it cannot not graph the first iteration). It does not scale, and each line has a length of one. There is probably a better way to do this, and your input is appreciated. This seemed like the most straightforward way.
