A small piece of code to plot data in a cylindrical histogram

The code has a function on it defined by the user, you can change it to other function. Then, it generates a random cylindrical distribution to create a histogram, then it plot the histogram in a cylinder.
Part of the code was adapted from one Teja Muppirala did to plot a hemispherical histogram.
