SCOPE: GLM propensity recoding of new risk factor

This utility recodes by generalized linear model propensity score

This program deals with user variables that the intrinsic ranking is not apriori obvious. IT fits the GLM by riskfactor and observedoutcome. It by default devides the propensity scores into 10 intervals to recode the variable. NOTE: fewer intevals may loose the resultion of the recoding. This program is a specialized utility to
handle the SEER variables related to lymph nodes but it could be modified easily to handle other types of variables.
