For single-junction solar cells, with inputs:
- real material (GaAs/Si) parameters
- internal/external radiative efficiencies
- plane-parallel, textured, and imperfect mirror geometries
- carrier multiplication
- concentration
Many of the above functions can be easily-extended with custom user functions that integrate seamlessly
